CRYSTAL
Office Administrator
Crystal was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and began her dental career in 1989. She helps educate our patients with her extensive knowledge of dental procedures and insurance coverages. She is amazed how far dentistry has come in the last 30+years and loves seeing what an impact it has on peoples lives. The most rewarding feeling to her is seeing transformation in their health and smile. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 grown kids, true crime documentaries, reading and wine tasting.
BARBARA
Treatment Coordinator
Barbara was born in Tucson, Arizona, and moved to Albuquerque in 1985. She graduated from Highland High School and later graduated from Pima Medical Institute. She has been in dentistry for 20 years, likes taking care of people and seeing them happy. She enjoys spending time with her grown children, her 2 dogs and when she can she loves to take photos of abandoned places and enjoys doing abandoned exploration.
LISA
Treatment Coordinator
Lisa went to PIMA for dental assisting and graduated in 2008. She worked as a Dental Assistant until 2018 and transitioned into a Patient Coordinator. Lisa was born and raised here in Albuquerque, NM. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also loves to go out to eat, shopping, and going to the movies.
GAIL
Registered Dental Hygienist
Gail has been practicing dental hygiene for a total of 45 years since her graduation from UNM School of Dental Hygiene in 1979. Of that experience, 30 years have been with the practice now known as Bear Canyon Periodontics & Implant Specialists. Gail’s professional passion comes from the intimate human interaction and the reward that comes from the continuity of care with patients. Gail and her husband Jerry recently celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary. They have 2 grown sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law and three charming grandchildren. Gail has a focused interest in advanced nutrition and how it benefits physical fitness, sports, and exercise performance. Gail’s garden area happens to be a beautiful neighborhood attraction. During her time away from work you will find her at the gym or walking with her favorite boxer dog, JoJo.
DOT
Registered Dental Hygienist
Dot graduated from UNM with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has over 30 years of experience as a hygienist, and she speaks Spanish. She has devoted her time to creating beautiful smiles and building strong relationships with her patients. Dot loves educating her patients on their oral health and believes that creating a healthy oral environment leads to overall better health, Dot enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with her family.
BEIDA
Surgical Dental Assistant
Beida was born in Mexico and raised in Albuquerque. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys educating patients and giving them the best dental experience possible. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2019. She enjoys going to the gym, traveling an d spending time with her family and two Shih Tzus Mia and Manny.
GABRIELLE
Surgical Dental Assistant
Gabrielle graduated from Carrington and has been in the dental field for 12 years. She was born and raised in Albuquerque. She has three daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and trying new restaurants.
