Periodontal Maintenance is a key part of periodontal care.  Once our patients have undergone non-surgical and/or surgical treatment and their condition is stable, we like to keep our patients on a 3-4 month Periodontal Maintenance program.  During this visit, our hygienists at Bear Canyon Periodontics will measure your gum tissue, take necessary radiographs, asses the health of your gums, review proper brushing/flossing techniques and perform a routine professional dental cleaning (removing stains, tartar, and plaque).  They will also inform the doctors of any changes in your gum condition.
